Attorney Henry G. Gyden has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for nearly twenty (20) years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gyden worked in several small and large corporations, so he knows first-hand the importance of weighing the cost of litigation against possible outcomes.
Our clients include individuals as well as Florida companies in a wide-range of industries. We also represent individual prisoners seeking post-conviction relief.
Attorney Henry G. Gyden specializes in handling appellate matters. He has been board certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar since 2009, and has handled or reviewed over 300 appeals in various state and federal courts. Attorney Gyden is also experienced in handling personal injury claims as well as business litigation, including contract disputes, ADA claims, FLSA overtime claims, collections, and real estate disputes. He can also assist you with family law, child support, and probate matters.
